    Excel 2002 & HP LaserJet Pro 400 Color M451dn

We've recently installed the above printer in my boss's office. When he prints multiple copies of the same document in Excel, the following happens:

    • first copy prints accurately

    • second and subsequent copies print with outlines around all cells that have been filled with color.

There are no outlines on these cells in the worksheet, and he does not want the outlines to print.

Cells that are not filled with color are not affected.

We are using Windows XP Professional and Excel 2002.

Any idea what's going on here?
