Help with an employee time tracker.

    timeTracker.jpg

I'm trying to make a table that will relay how long it takes specific employees to complete specific end of night tasks. The jist of it is to type the employee's name into the listed field, and the fields under the "Personal Average Time" column will be populated with an average of the amount of time it took that employee to complete that task based upon a range of data filled out in the tables below. For this example, I'm limiting the range to 2 samples of data (the two tables below). Is there any way I can do this without VBA? I'm essentially looking for a function that says "If the cell to the left of X == Y, then read the value to the right of cell X".
