Excel Extracting different values for the same data from sheets

Hi

I have a excel wherein in one sheet i have a column for the branch code for input and other sheet has various issues listed under those branch codes..

when i try to do a vlookup i am only getting the 1st available data for that branch code whereas i have 3 entries of the same branch code which i need to fetch into the sheet 1 when i am giving the branch code,..

could any one help me out with this? Attaching the excel for your reference.
