How to sort numbers into top, middle and bottom third frequencies of all occurences.

I have a set of 20 numbers with their percentile frequencies that automatically update (attached). I need a separate column that will sort the numbers into either top third of all occurences, middle third or bottom third. Not sure if this is standard deviation??

I'm not sure I understand the solution you are looking for. Can you include a sheet that shows what the results should look like?
