    Combine IF + VLOOKUP formula

    Hi Guys

    I am trying to combine information from one tab to another if an item is marked on the first tab then information to be repeated in second tab..... I have put more information in the attachement............ I have tried to use IF statement and VLookup but just can's to figure out were i am going wrong on the matter
