I need help on a formula!!
Basically I have to workout the time between a call being logged and arrived (response time) I have up until now been using Networkdays as we only needed Monday to Friday 9 to 5.
But now the goal posts have moved, so i thought the Int/median would do the trick, but I can't seem to fathom it!!
so I need a formula that will workout the Response time with the following bounderies:
Monday to Friday 9 to 5
Saturdays 9 to 4
Sundays 9 to 2
I hope this can be done.
