    Automatic date referencing condition ?

    Good after noon,

I created a time line that takes x amount of work hours and evenly distributes it over an x amount of months. The time line also consists of two rows per unit. One row is the actual that is manually entered, while the other row is labeled forecast ,and it is filled with the distribution of work hours based on month length and industry standards

Now what I have done is written a formula to update from changes made in the actual cells, and then update the forecast to that number and then if there is a difference from the forecasted number it adds or subtracts the value and adds it to the next cell. Now the problem I am having is that my start date is not at the start of the month, therefore I have fewer hours I can work. Now it calculates the difference and I want that difference to be added to the very last cell witch is based on an end date. And what it is doing is it is placing the difference before my forecasted date.

What I mean is say its June it forecast my difference at July and I want it to be added to my very last cell in say December. I had a formula that did this but it completely messed up my other calculations.

    Can any one help ??

bellow is an example the first two rows is what I have not and the bottom two is what I want
