Can't get Y-axis to cross at zero of X-axis (scatter chart attached to this post)

Hi Everyone,

Rather than try to explain my situation in words... I have a scatter chart (attached), and I seem unable to force the Y-axis to cross at the zero point of the X-axis. I tried the "cross at: 0.0" setting but it isn't working!

Interested to hear your ideas!

The Y axis can only cross at zero if zero is a value on the X axis. It isn't on yours. The Min value is automatically set and displays as -0.02. Either change the Min value to 0 or change both the Min value and the major unit so that actually 0 features on the X axis, then the Y axis will cross there is specified in the format dialog.

The chart contains both primary and secondary horizontal and vertical axis.

The vertical axis you can see is the secondary axis.
The horizontal axis you can see is the primary axis.

If you use the chart element selector in the Format tab you can select the primary vertical axis and apply line colour. You will see that it is crossing the primary value axis at zero.

If you want the secondary axis to cross at zero you will need to format the secondary value axis. This currently has a minimum value of zero.
