How to show the updated chart to all the users even a single user update the cell values?

Hi All,

Please see the attachments of my working files.

Here "Report_Db" is a shared type.
"App" is another file.Each user may have this kind of file.

Now For a single user when open "App" and select his option and click on button,everything will be fine.
But the "App" is opened by the multiple users and the refreshed data is not showing to the all users(in chart).

How to show the chart with refreshed data in "App" to all the users who opened,even if a single user update the database.

Hope you understand the problem what i am asking.

Is it possible to do like this?
