Array Formula using Index, Small, If and Visible Cells in One Formula (Autofilter)

The above formula currently works as an array formula. However, I have filtered results through autofilter and I want to only return values that are visible.

Another post on the forum addresses a similar issue but I've failed to adapt my code due to the differences.

but as mentioned on the linked thread, this will be processor intensive, and so it would be better to limit.
