Ok I'm working in 2003, so on attached sample I wanted to set up another worksheet so I could summarise the monthly items that had been issued.
Example: In col A I have what's been issued, in col B the date it was issued (formatted to show only mmm,yy). What I want is a formula to punch in on the new sheet sayin in Apr-12 this many S1 was issued.
I scoured the interplod and tried several different formulas and nothing works! I either get #VALUE or totally the wrong number!
I'm tearing my hair out now and would really appreciate the help if anyone knows where I'm being such a dunce!
