Need help with Pivot Table for t-shirt counts

I am a functional (novice) Excel user.

I've been searching through the forums - I'm sure this has been addressed somewhere, but I can't find it (like when I look for something in a supermarket).

I have a spreadsheet that has a list of individuals with various t-shirt sizes. These individuals are grouped within 18 sub-headings (we call them "districts").

The raw data might look like this:

John Doe District 1 L
Mark Brown District 1 XXL
Jane Doe District 2 M
Jack Smith District 4 XL
Jerry Jones District 4 M
...

So the question is - how can I create a pivot table that gives me a summary (count) from the raw data that looks like this:

District 1 District 2 District 3 District 4... District 18
S 4 3 2 3 2
M 2 5 3 2 1
L 2 2 2 2 3
XL 2 3 3 3 2
XXL 1 3 5 2 0

I need to give the t-shirt company a summary of counts in each size by district.

I know this should be easily done, but I've got no idea how. Thanks for your help!
