Post Proper syntax for a VLOOKUP

What am I doing wrong here? Some of the selections look up correctly, while others do not. If you select Aviation, for example, cell A1 should read "01" but it reads "03". And, if you select Apartments 13R Concrete Construction, A1 reads "#N/A". Can anyone help?

I have no idea, but this gives you the right result:

Hello and welcome to the forum,

You were missing the last piece of the puzzle:

    Formula: copy to clipboard

It tells vlookup that you only want exact matches (e.g. exact text in this case). Excel sometimes will get confused if it thinks this might be a number and try to get the closest one.
