Look up problem

Hi - wonder if you could help me - i have a two columns of data enclosed and I need to return the appropriate number beginning with 7 in column B
Numbers beginning with 7 are products , with 5 are locations - i need to just list the appropriate 7 codes next to the location - problem is the number of locations is not constant - some there is just one store - other cases more than ten
for ref the volume by store is listed next to the location and i'm trying to get to total volume by product

is there any quick fix on this - i've got 207 pages to work through !

Hi - thanks Rob - that works for just picking out the 7 numbers however I need it to repeat the same number until it changes - if that makes sense !?
