Risk Ratings using Ranges

Hi all,

Back again for more advice. I am trying to put together a FMEA table and need to rate risks as high, medium or low from a numerical range. The risk ratings should be as follows:

Score Risk Colour
≥ 12 Very High Dark Red
> 7 AND ≤ 11 High Light Red
> 2 and ≤ 7 Medium Yellow
≤ 2 Low Green

Any advice you could give me would be muh appreciated.
