Can you upload example workbook?
make sure to remove all private data as names, e-mail address etc.. But leave formatting important for your problem.
Hello Mike & Welcome to the Forum,
A pivot table would work well in this situation.

Attached is a small sample, with the names and addresses deleted. Note some of the zip codes are 5 digit and some are 9 digit. Thanks.
Hi
In fact you want to know, how many times a zip code, appears. Or this is not correct? If so, in F2 and copy down.
=COUNTIF($B$2:$B$21,B2)

You are correct. I want to know how many times each zip code appears. The countif you sent seems to tell me how many different zip codes there are.
No. I do't think so.
See the example.
Thank you for the quick answer and solution.
You are welcome.
Thanks for the feedback and for reb*
