I have attached a file that has two sheets, Sales & OrderStatus. I need to lookup data from Sales to OrderStatus and put the relevant data all on one row. I have tried Index & Match but it only tells me the first occurrence and i need to look up multiple transaction from the Sales worksheet based on the same order # (see attached file). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
hi fxgl, welcome to the forum. your OrderStatus worksheet only shows 1 Order # per row, so you cannot expect it to return multiple results. i am not sure how you obtain the list of Order # there, perhaps you can do it differently & repeat the Order # twice for those who has 2 Item Descriptions. After that, you can use the formula in this website to return multiple results:
