Shortcut for rearranging columns - screen shot to explain

    Hi
I have a list of patients and when they last had various processes done.
All the various processes and the dates were entered into the one cell as text.
I separated these out into separate columns using the data tool 'text to columns'.
However as each patient had a different number of these processes done the columns aren't aligned meaning that in each column there are many different processes and their dates.
I would like to be able to rearrange this data so that each column has only the data for one process.
I have manually done a small example in the image, I would like to know if there is an easier way to do this applying it to the whole spreadsheet.

    Thanks!
