Exclamation Conditional Formatting f=Formulas - Please help !!!

Hi Everyone I am a new user

I have started a new job in finance and am under pressure to make a number of new excel models.

Basically I am trying to use conditional formatting to create a colorful chart, that changes multiple colors in conjunction with inputs from another table. I cannot get this to work.

****I have attached an example excel document to outline the problems and to provide an easy platform for someone to solve the problems. ****

I would really appreciate if anyone could help me out with this, thanks and best wishes

You have identified that you need CF,you have shown the formulae you need, what is stopping you just putting the two together and getting your result? Self-service Excel.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

You can use OR function for this and alternative COUNTIF. I used OR in the example.
