Create a Macro that turns data into charts. Is it possible? Without VBA?

Hey guys. I was wondering if any of you knew if it was possible to create a Macro that will turn data into charts without using VBA. I don't know much about VBA and I'm trying to take the easy route. I'm working with Excel 2003, which doesn't help.

Well if you want to create a macro but you don't want to use VBA then I guess the first thing I'll ask is, how about recording it?
