subtracting part from column1 and moved to another column

Hi experts,

Please find the attachment
I need the formula to extract two items of information. into columns C and columns D. I have highlighted the items(sheet one) that need to be filtered(highlighted in red) and what I need the formula to perform; Which is pull the information into new headings column C; Mbr ID and column D; zipcode ( I have highlighted in yellow and green respectively) these columns (C & D)need to have the ability to be filtered.
