Summing values in same cell with separator with values without separator

Sorry if the title is confusing, but I didn't know how else to word it.
I've attached an example of what I am working on: Summing formula with number seperator.xlsm

In row 4, the formula works fine, since all values have a "/" separator. However, in the row 5, I am getting an error because the "/" cannot be found in the third cell.

I've tried everything I can think of, except a macro since I am not experienced in writing them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've encountered a different problem: How do I make the formula you gave me ignore blanks? I've attached a new spreadsheet with the updated formula, and took a value out from the middle cell, which now gives me a #value! error...
