Mass Find and Replace in Excel 2008 MAC

    Hello!

This is my first post. I am having trouble finding a good way to find and replace multiple items in one excel sheet. Right now I have a sheet of data (confidential). I have made one column (A) for words that I need replaced and another column (B) for the words which will replace the contents of column A.

I have attached a sample sheet. Any ideas?

have you tried to use ctrl H (find and replace)?

looking at your data, i cant quite follow the logic of what you are replacing with what, so i cant offer a formula suggestion, but if you are replacing the lanuage with a number, you could create a table with the language in 1 column, the numbers in the next column, and then use =vlookup() to fo the searching for you
    1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
