Syncing worksheets

Hello all,

I have three different worksheets that are exactly the same and then a master worksheet that is exactly the same as well. When I enter information into it one of the three worksheets, I would also like it to populate in the master worksheet. How can I accomplish this?

Thanks for the info. I was looking for something more automatic. I am not going to be entering the information and the person who will be is not very excel proficient so I need this to be as easy as possible.

Basically, there are three different hospitals that each will have a worksheet. The master worksheet should combine the information from each hospital onto one sheet. I could also have the person enter the information into the master sheet and then have it populate into each of the seperate hospitals worksheets.
