    Conditional Formatting query

    Hi guys

i am having issues with conditional formatting.

I have two separate conditional formatting which i would like to apply to my worksheet Direct

What i am trying to acheive is highlight where there are certain blockages within the work flow, which is higher than the average

I have averaged each column between q-u, and the averages are located in cell AB2

basically i would like a conditional formatting highlighted in q-r showing where the blockage is,

however i dont want the conditional formatting to apply if the stage “column f” is either at Opportunity Lost or Live transactions

I would also like a formula, to state that if column F and the stage is Application Docs Out and its higher than the average of 13 (referenced in ac3), work out the value in TCV “column v”

Can any1 help me with this ?
    please find atached work sheet
    Looking forward to you help,
