Hello all. I am trying to see if there is a way to use a formula or macro that can calculate when an employee's pay broke over the $1,000 threshold. basically I have data formatted like this:
EIN Number>Check Date>Check Amount see attached, i just replaced the EIN number with A B C and D for obvious reasons

is there any way a formula can calculate this for multiple people? if not is this something Access can possibly crunch? So for the first one you can see on 4/27/12 their total wages exceeded 1,000. Thanks!
