Creating Individualised Schedules from Class Lists

Edit** I've uploaded a smaller dummy version of what I have to work with. I want to know how I could make a formula to display the attendee name, date and time, name of courses they are taking to make individual schedules.

I have about 60 people who are attending 4 sessions a day for a week. The 4 sessions are divided into 2 or 3 classes based on level of difficulty. We have already divided them into their classes so I have master sign in sheets, but I am looking for a formula that I would be able to use to create individual schedules to put on the back of their nametags. ( I mean I could just copy and paste for them, but that would take forever...) I was thinking about and IF function were a cell in a range was equal to 'Bob Jones' and it displayed the class name the cell is located under and I could have the days and times as part of the schedule template with the student name and the name of the class being what was calculated.

    ashleyd,

    Welcome to the forum!
Attached is a modified version of your posted workbook.
Sheet2 contains what I think you're asking for.
On Sheet2, column A is the unique list of names in Sheet1
In B1 is the first day and time
In C1 is the second day and time
In B2 and copied over and down is this formula:

    Does that help you?
    Hope that helps,
