Countif Or sumif forumla

Hey guys

I Need some help with a formula.

I am trying to write a formula, which
Looks at the stage “column f” if stage = “Application Docs Out”, sum column V, but only sum column V if the stage = “Application Docs Out”, is greater than 6 weeks from today’s date.

Column h = is a date stamped field, of all the doc which have been sent out
todays date is located in cell ag11

Also i have named my columns

Column F = Stage
Column V= TCV
AG5= Application Docs Out

Hi zbor, was unsure what formula type it be, but i belive that its either countif or sum if, and have now updated the title, thank you for the prompt
