    Simple Tax/N.I calculator

    Hi

I know this is probably a common one but I just need a formula to do the full tax and N.I deductions from a gross income to leave a net profit.
I can do this with individual cells for tax and N.I, then in another cell deduct them from my gross to leave my take home pay...
But can i just have one formula to input into one cell so its alot more neater.

Simple I think to the wizards on here...

    Much appreciated folks!

=gross pay-(tax+ni) just put the cell reference with the gross pay say in a1 then =a1-(formula for ni)-(formula for tax) all in one cell or
    =a1-((formula for ni)+(formula for tax) )

    This formula worked perfect =SUM(B2-(B2-155.94)*0.2)-(B2-146)*0.12

The Tax and N.I figures are our weekly allowances here in the UK

Thanks for all the support folks much appreciated
