Could you please amend your title to be a little more specific. Maybe specify what kind of error.
HI Vlday, once i apply the formula in cell no# C6the DIV# vanishes, but cell no# C9 which is linke dto C6 now shows #Value Error

maybe instead of "" use 0 as error return
=IF(ISERROR(C3/C4),0,C3/C4)
=if(c6<>"",c6*b9,0) or as above
