How to choose a vendor (from a drop down menu) and have address auto populate cells below

    Hey guys/gals,

I have a purchase order form and I'd like to be able to select vendors from a drop down list and have their address / phone / contact info populate the cells below automatically. I'm new to excel so if there is a way to do it without VBA that would be great. However, I do know a little about VBA so I could figure it out if I had to.

    Thanks for your help . . .

Hello and welcome to the forum,

Your description is brief but looks like you can do this with VLOOKUP. Prepare a table where the first column is the vendors and the remaining columns to the right of this are the address, phone, contact info, etc. Then you can use VLOOKUP to look up the value in the cell containing the drop-down list and populate the other cells.
