Formula to evaluate performance vs targets

    Dear Forum,

I'm having issues with the calculation of the formula for the cells highlighted in Yellow.

    Screen Shot Excel.jpg

Column F: Need to make sure my formula to calculate the Target Value based on the Target % is correct
Column G: I will input this information manually every week
Column H: Need to calculate the "distance to go" between the Target Value and the Actual
Column I: Need a formula to calculate the % of the target achieved

    IE:
    Target Value = 30 and Actual = 3, then Distance to Go = 27 and % of Target Achieved = 10%
    Target Value = 30 and Actual = 30, then Distance to Go = 0 and % of Target Achieved = 100%
    Target Value = 30 and Actual = 0, then Distance to Go = 30 and % of Target Achieved = 0%

    See excel sheet attached.

Thank you so very much for your assistance. I need to submit this report on July 11th and I'm freaking out!

    K

    See attached.

In case the target is achieved, the distance to go will be "0" and not negative.
