Hi,
I have a spreadsheet that shows a portion of an income statement in three different output types. It shows the actual dollar amount, another shows a "% of sales," and the last uses decimals to show price per piece. It is just one 12 month snapshot, and you can choose between the three by using a dropdown box to pick only one.
From this, I made line graphs for each line item on the income statement for the 12 month period. My problem is that when I change from the dollar amount to percent in the dropdown box, it doesn't change the axis formatting in each graph. I currently have my Y-axes show the amount measured (X-axes are the months). The Y-axes are in the GENERAL number format, so when I switch to the % of sales, the graphs instead just show decimal values on the Y-axes. Is there a custom format or something that can automatically change the Y-axes to show dollar amount, or percent, or decimal based on which dropdown box is picked from the income statement above??
Thanks in advance for the help!
