    Multiple Data Return

I am trying to do something like a V Look Up, only instead of returning one piece of data, I would like to return all applicable results.

For example, let's look at line 2 ' Petersen' of the 'Summary' Tab - in Cell G2 ('Pharmacy') I would like to populate it with all Options in Column D of the 'Source' Tab.

A correct formula will have the following information in Cell G2 of the 'Source Tab:
    ENLOE PHARMACY OF DECATUR
    OMNICARE OF NORTHERN IL
    ENLOE PHARMACY OF PEORIA
    OMNICARE OF QUAD CITIES
    OMNICARE OF HERRIN
    HOME PHARMACY SERVICES
    INTERLOCK PHARMACY

I think you'd best push this into a pivot table.

I suppose it's possible to do what you're asking for, but my gut is, I'd prefer you step back and challenge your spreadsheet design to guarantee this is what you actually truly need, because this is not going to be trivial at all.

Could I still maintain all of my other data with a Pivot Table format? Wanna throw an example my way?
