How to link a drop-down list with a hyperlink

Hi! How do i link/combine a drop down list to "jump to" the hyperlinked cells (see column A). When i select the size in the drop down box (Column C), i want to jump to the corresponding information in Column J - the same as when clicked on sizes in column A. (sample attached)

I don't think you can put an Hyperlink inside a Data Validation cell but you can link the Validation value to an HYPERLINK function. Also It's better if you could split your Size & Description column into two individual columns. See my attached file.

Thanks DBY, but i need to have a dropdown box because in the actual file it extracts data from another sheet. It doesn't need to be a hyperlink though - any other function that might be helpful? I will attach another workbook (and a new thread - not sure where to upload a file from here.............) Sorry and thanks for your help!
