Trying to count a word only if a certain number shows up in the same row

So, I'm new and bare with me. I am kind of frustrated at trying to figure out this formula so here it goes. I'm trying to count the amount of times "Jan" shows up in column D:D but I only want it to count it if column A:A contains, let's say, number "1140".

I hope someone can help. I'm wasted a lot of time at work trying to figure this out lol. I thought it seemed pretty simple to do but it's turning out to be a night mare. Lol
