What I'm trying to achieve is having
1. multiple signatures in an excel document
2. possibly with out locking the document
3. by not using a insert picture technique
if someone could help with how to insert the multiple Signatures in excel that would be a great start.
thanks.
i'd like to know how you insert one freehand signature

image of your physical signature is needed.
Go to the Ribbon and click the Insert tab.
In the Text section, click Signature Line and select Microsoft Office Signature Line.
A prompt will appear
click OK to bypass it.
Input the signer name, title, and email address in the corresponding textboxes.
Click OK.
A signature line will be inserted into the document.
Double-click the signature line.
A prompt will appear
click OK to bypass it.
In the Sign dialog box, to the right of the signature line, click Select Image.
Browse to the image of your signature and select it.
then Click Sign.

Thanks for your replies.
vlady at step 11 you do not have to select an image you can use a Pen tool on a tablet to sign. this is all well and good and I found this before I started posting but it does limit it to one sig and does lock the document.
I think you can use a workflow to have multiple Sig's this way but i haven't cracked it.
Solution:
1. Review >
2. Start Inking.
Enjoy.
note: screen shots from tablet as buttons don't appear on PC...
