Connecting to TFS

I made a list from a query from TFS. However, when i went to go make another list from a different project, i got this error an error saying that the project collection i selected does not host the project i selected. I know it does, having done this multiple times before. When i went to go make the list anyway, i could only see the project i had used before, none of the others. Any ideas?
