Index and match or best formula

Can someone kindly advise what is the best way of pulling the formula I require in the atatched spreadsheet.

I have highlighted in red Cell M30 and N30 that requires a formula from the data sheet.

Not sure if Index and Match is the best approach.

    Thanks a million.

The formula for cell M30 is: =HLOOKUP(L30,Data!B3:L22,3,FALSE)

The formula for cell N30 is: =HLOOKUP(L30,Data!B3:L22,20,FALSE)-M30

CSE, aka Array aka { }, formulae are confirmed with CONTROL+SHIFT+ENTER.
Replace commas ( , ) with semicolons ( ; ) in formulae, if your locale setting demands.
