I work at a place where we receive daily reports from vendors on amount of units sold and currently we have to update about 80 cells 400 cells manually matching the fields from the received report to your excel sheet.
I was wondering if there is an automated process or an easier way to update the cell number from the received sheet to our excel. I am on windows 7 and excel 2007

Hello,
I am not able to upload the file (privacy issue bla bla)
but its organized in a way that first column has all the vendors and column two has the date of total shipped,column three has total received and column four has total bounced back it has a formula to calculate the sub total and give a grand total.
Any idea
So what data needs to be updated?
You do not need to upload a real file, thats why i said upload a sample file with dummy data, so we understand the layout.
It will be much easier and faster to receive a solution.
