Need help with filtering months on one cell

Hello,

I want to add multiple dates in one cell and then be able to filter them. I just need to filter it by month...Its for example multiple people but I don't feel like creating a cell for each person as it might be many.

Please disregard I realized I could filter by just doing a text filter saying contains...sorry...
