Display Sheet Name/Diff Cell Value for Minimum Across Multiple Sheets

Hi! I have "Summary" sheet in my Workbook and would like to display either the sheet name (the person's name) where a minimum is located (calculated minimum of all C3, for example, across many sheets) or another cell in that sheet (also the person's name). Is there any way to do this?
