    Creating reminders from Excel to Outlook

    Here's my problem, I have a spreadsheet in Excel 2010 that has expiration dates for training classes. The classes span from column B to AJ and there are around 1000 dates that I need to keep track of. What I need is to set up a reminder so that I can know 3 weeks prior to the expiration date to set up training with my guys. I'm sure there is a VBA code that can do this, but I don't know anything about code.
