I've searched "hi and low" for the answer to this but can't seem to find what I'm really looking for.
Attached is a file with a sample database. After performing a SUMIFS getting all the criteria out of the way, I want a to sum a column for unique results only.
Can anybody help?

NVBC - thanks for your quick response. The result of your formula is 3...which I believe is the result of how many records there are. The result I'm looking for is 14,554. This is the sum of EnvMiles for unique TripID's.
Not sure where you are getting that number from... all records have 11,500 in column F... so how do you arrive at 14,554?
Maybe you want 34,500?

Sorry, had to take off in a hurry yesterday - I think the file I attached earlier had links to another worksheet that probably showed up as #VALUES which explains why you were getting results differing from my expectations. I have corrected it and reattached.
