If / Then Replacement

I've been trying to figure out how to create this function and it's giving me fits! I'm sure it's fairly simple and common but I'm having no luck.

I want to do an if/then/replacement thing. For example, if cell A2 is "100," then enter "Suzy" in B2.

Any ideas from the Excel masters?

Perhaps In B2 use

=IF(A2=100,"Suzy","")
