Lookup values from one sheets and post them in two other sheets

I am trying to lookup values from one excel sheet and copy it into correct places in two other sheets.

In the file "M. Cap OBI, forum help" I have yearly observations belonging to different Norwegian firms. Want I would like to do is copy these observations into each of the two other sheets so that the observations end up in the correct place, i.e. at the under the correct firm and correct date. One problem is that the file "M. Cap OBI, forum help" has yearly observations, while the two other sheets have monthly and daily intervals. I would like the yearly observations from "M. Cap OBI, forum help" to be posted in all twelve months in the correct year in "Monthly mcap OBI, forum help" and all days in the correct year in "Daily mcap OBI, forum help". In the sheets "Monthly mcap OBI, forum help" and "Daily mcap OBI, forum help" I would like the firms/years that do not have observations in the "M. Cap OBI, forum help" to stay blank (alternatively have zeros).
