Inserting a comment/text box to a picture (excel 2007)

I'm trying to attach comment/text boxes to pictures or shapes on excel, so it pops up when you click on the picture (like it does when a comment box is attached to a cell).

I need to attach it to the picture not the cell, so it will move with the picture.

I would be very very grateful if any one knows how to do this and wouldn't mind sharing their knowledge with me

I'm having a few problems opening the document though.

When I open the document i get the following messeage:

846198[1].xlsm is locked for editing by 'another user'

So I choose 'read only' to open the document, then when I click on the shape, I get the following message:

Cannot run the macro "C:\Documents and Settings\lingard\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files\Content.IE5\I2AGCPQI\846198[1].xlsm'DisplayExtraComment'. The macro may not be available in this workbook or all macros may be disabled.

I have checked, and I have all macros enabled under macro security.

Do you know what the problem might be?
Apologies for my lack of knowledge, it's probably something simple!?
