Sorting Pivot Tables By Grand Total Column in Excel 2010

I have a pivot table that is showing the names, positions, and locations of employees in the rows while showing types of expense in the columns. I can sort by the Grand Total column, but when I sort it is sorting by person and then expense, but I am trying to get a list from largest total expense to least expense. Any ideas? Attached is a sample of the information I have.

    Hi
Im a bit of a newbie so may be totally on the wrong track. Ive got it to work to a point but rows 17 and 18 appear to be corrupting the result.
Click on filter on the name col select more sort options, then descending Z to A, change name to sum of $$ click ok and ti returns what you want twice with rows 17 and 18 in the middle.

    Hope that helps
