When Excel in particular has a message to confirm a save, or warning me about compatibility or any screen with a prompt it goes behind the Excel Screen and I am either unable to access it or I have to use ALT TAB. I can only access if the message is a separate screen.

The above weird phenomenon is only When Outlook is open. When Outlook is closed no problem and messages appear in front of the application that created the message (Office APP, mainly Excel.)

This happens regardless of whether it's an attachment or a saved file that I'm working in.

Running Windows 7, Outlook 2010 and Excel 2010.
