Making a specific pie chart URGENT!

HELLO guys , im new here and i have to make a pie chart in excel that has to contain from 0 to 40 years of employees work years , but showing 5 years in between . and sorry if i don't make sense , im Spanish so if some one knows some Spanish maybe i can explain better. URGENT PLEASE!!

it depends on what you are trying to demonstrate but usually I'd use a line chart for time series data.
